Position:  Manager – Sales 

Reporting to: GM – Sales & Marketing 


  • Interacting with clients (Investors, retailers and individuals) so as to keep them upbeat with the latest developments and offerings.

 

*Identify business opportunities and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
*Keep continuous calling on existing data and generate leads from the data.
*Prepare and send sales reports to the reporting managers on a daily basis.
*Devising strategies and techniques necessary for achieving sales targets.
* Aggressively achieving the sales target
* Conducting sales calls, meetings and closing the leads.
* Continuous follow up with the customers and building & retaining client relationships through continuous follow up with clients for their requirements.

DESIRED PROFILE:
* Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
* Excellence in sales and marketing activities with positive attitude and team playing ability.
* Dynamic, aggressive, result oriented and self-starter.

Education & Other details-
Graduate/Post Graduate with minimum 2 Years of relevant experience of working with Leading Real Estate Developers with proven track record of successful closures.

SALARY CTC: No bar for the right candidate

Role summary
the incumbent will be responsible of Sales strategy execution, building & nurturing channel partner relationships, understanding consumer behavior and influencing customer experience and develop the sales systems and processes. He / she will be also responsible for developing the team managed.

Role description:

  • Responsible for Direct Sales, Channel Sales & Corporate tie-up activities for project
  • Develop and execute plans for Direct & Channel Sales activities. Forecast market needs;
  • Develop and drive sales initiatives to achieve set goals by mentoring and motivating the sales team
  • Developing, Enhancing, implementing of comprehensive Sales strategies & other promotional activities for project to create new markets, achieve targeted sales.
  • Aggressively driving Sales Planning, Forecasting and Sales & Customer Service Management.
  • Devising new and innovative selling and promotional techniques / schemes
  • Educating the client with the market trends, keeping them aware with the rental returns and the price appreciation they may get after investing in our properties.
  • To scan the market, identify opportunities for business growth, prepare and implement growth plans.
  • Delivering targeted top line as per the projects business plan by meeting sales targets.
  • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales enquiries, methods and results.
  • Oversee the development and management of internal sales operations & processes.
  • Regular analysis of sales trends & coming up with sales techniques that target the right market with the right tools.
  • Proposing & implementing sales promotion activities for the project.

Educational qualifications & Experience: 


Graduate/Post Graduate with minimum 7-10 Years of relevant experience of working with Leading Real Estate Developers with proven track record of successful closures.

Salary CTC:

 75K to 1.25 Lac per month or depends on candidate talent.

*Should be ready to go for field visits

*Arranging appointment with clients, site meeting with clients to promote the business
